Soul Growers Wine Dinner

Wednesday, May 13 from 6:30PM Soul Growers wine maker Darcy Lapidge is in the house to present EIGHT wines paired with a FOUR course meal at Le Vivant. Wine Dinners at Le Vivant are generous, fun and always a night of discovery and greater proximity to those dedicating their lives to premium wine production as well as a gathering with plentiful delicious food that is often a preview of future Le Vivant menu items.

The four course meal is as follows;
1st) tuna OR veal carpaccio

2nd) duck breast w/ fig & port reduction on parsnip puree
- OR ratatouille vol-au-vent

3rd) chocolate mousse

4th) cheese plate (Epoisses FRA,Moliterno ITA & Roquefort Papillon)
