Infusing a dynamic mix of genres from groovy funk to reggae, acid jazz and world rhythms, Margaret

River’s BEEVA FEEVA have created an original vibe that draws together and has been unifying

audiences with their positive energy for over 20 years. Many have described their sound as “People

Music” – real, fresh and catchy songs to make you shed inhibitions, dance and feel alive.

In a rare performance, The Feeva bring their 7 piece big band show to The River on Saturday night,

the 11th January, Doors open from 7pm.

Beeva Feeva has played along side such acts as The Violent Femmes, Salmonella Dub, Afro Cuban

All Stars, Gomez and The Cat Empire to name a few. The band has toured Australia numerous times

and toured Internationally performing at many world music festivals including The Billabong Pro in

Jeffreys Bay, South Africa.

From humble beginnings of three surfing mates from Margaret River jamming in the back of a shed,

the Feeva have had many highlights in their career including a collaborative charity performance in

poverty stricken Soweto, South Africa with local artists and being previous finalists for the WAMi

song of the year.
