Do we still feel the land? Do we hear its history and spirit?

From acclaimed Naarm-based circus company Na Djinang Circus comes OF THE LAND ON WHICH WE MEET, a visually stunning and deeply moving exploration of Australia's connection to its history, land and spirit.

Combining breathtaking circus, contemporary dance and theatre, performers Johnny Brown, Violetta Van Geyzel and Manelaya Kaydo-Nitis share three deeply personal stories of connection to Country. Set against a striking monochrome stage, their extraordinary physical performances blend strength, fluidity and intimacy as they move together and apart in a captivating display of artistry.

Through intricate acrobatics, powerful movement and evocative storytelling, this thought-provoking production explores the unseen bonds between First Nations peoples, the land and the communities who share it.

Celebrating more than 60,000 years of history, Of the Land on Which We Meet invites audiences to reflect on our relationship with Country, the stories that shape us and how we can reconnect with the land beneath our feet.
