Hailing from Bunbury, Western Australian singer, song-writer and producer Karrak is breaking his 3 year silence on November 27, 2025 with his most refined piece to date. Named ‘Garden’, this lush, pop r&b single, symbolises a nature sanctuary; a place of grounding, to unwind from daily rituals and reflect on one’s own emotions.
After astounding support from a growing circle of listeners on his first two singles, Karrak has been silently brewing a concoction of emotions into his next releases. “Garden” gives listeners a peek into some of the mental challenges that kept him at bay, discussing his aspirations, the pressure he places on himself and his future. Channeling these themes through his music, Karrak is bound to resonate with listeners on both an emotional and audible wavelength.
“I was stuck. ‘Tangled in vines’, as I mention in the song. I still feel trapped.”, he says. “But, I try my hardest every day to take small steps towards big goals. I know I won’t feel trapped forever. This song is me starting my journey.”
“I want others to know, I share your pain. Mental health can be isolating, and stifling. But as cliche as it is, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve been there, and you can reach it too”.
Mental health and music are two very powerful aspects of a human life: and when you connect the two, you get Karrak. Heartfelt yet clever lyricism, with luscious pop and r&b production inspired by the likes of Bazzi, is the essence of his sound. With several artist retreats, residencies and 9 years of production experience under his belt - Karrak is set on big plans for his music career in the upcoming months.
His upcoming single, “Garden” marks the first release from his forthcoming debut EP, “Cymophobia”.
“You will always have moments of darkness. In those times, a good song can give you just enough of a glimpse of what’s through that tunnel to keep you moving forward.”, Karrak says. Karrak will be performing live for the first time, in both Perth and Bunbury, as a part of his debut single tour.
