The 459 Bar is set to ignite again with a delightful lineup of live music.

As part of his 2026 Australian Summer Tour Michael Ward is back again and bringing new energy, bigger sound and more of that uniquely unforgettable stage show. His last show here he stole the night with a packed dancefloor for the entire set from a raucus crowd. He's played his way all across Australia and back and there is no slowing him down!

"Love the energy and musicianship (my god that rhythm section!)” Perth Blues Club 2024

Raised on the salty coastal swamplands of Stratham in regional WA Michael has spent decades performing live music around WA and across Australia. His music is a dynamic fusion of Alt Country, Blues, Roots & some solid Aussie Rock. Michael has performed at many festivals including Perth Muster 2024 (Morgan Evans), Wangaratta CMF 2024 & 2025 (Lee Kernaghan & Adam Brand), Onslow Solar Eclipse Festival 2023 (The Waifs & Eskimo Joe), Country by the River Festival 2023 SA (Wolfe Brothers, Travis Collins, Sunny Cowgirls, Jayne Denham), Summer Swells Festival Perth (Caravana Sun, Jordy Maxwell), Fremantle Beer Festival 2024 (Sneaky Sound System), Mandurah Country Music Festival 2022 & 2024 (Adam Brand, Casey Barnes, Travis Collins, Amber Lawrence), Inspire Festival 2025 (Hoodoo Guru’s) as well as too many more to list. The dedication to his music, live shows, touring and promotion has also resulted in Michael receiving nominations for the 2025 WA WAM Awards as Blues act of the year. Michael has released numerous studio recordings which have gained thousands of radio plays both domestically and overseas including airtime on Australia’s Triple J networks.

“A 45 minute set of high octane Country rock originals and the occasional cherry picked cover thrown in. It was music that got you thumping and bumping… Michael’s infectious energy drove the set flying on top of some damn fine rock country” Gidgestock Music Festival 2024

“Michael’s stage presence is unmistakable: grounded, generous, and electrifying. He doesn’t just perform to an audience — he performs with them. Every grin, every stomp, every guitar lick feels like an invitation. You’re not an observer. You’re part of the moment.” BTN - Gig review 2025

12 Parsecs
Twelve Parsecs are a powerhouse trio making serious waves with their explosive mix of classic influences and original flair. Since kicking off their journey in 2021, the band have built a reputation for delivering high-energy performances that fuse the raw spirit of classic rock with a fresh, modern edge.

From their electrifying take on Led Zeppelin’s Black Dog to their award-winning original material, Twelve Parsecs have captured audiences with their dynamic stage presence and undeniable chemistry.

After taking out a WAM Song of the Year Award in 2024 for their track "The Only Thing (That Matters)" and releasing their first EP in 2025, the trio have continued to build momentum - earning airplay, live show slots, and a loyal fanbase drawn to their authentic sound and infectious energy.

Justin Davies

Justin Davies is a Western Australian acoustic singer-songwriter known for his lyrical honesty, dry wit, and ability to connect through the strings of his guitar and the stories in his songs. Hailing from the South West town of Donnybrook, Justin’s music is rooted in real life — drawing from personal experience, observations, and a sharp sense of the world around him.

Blending country blues with a touch of rock, his sound sits comfortably alongside the likes of Paul Kelly and Jason Isbell — artists who know how to tell a story and mean it.

“I usually start with the lyrics. I’ve always been fascinated by artists like Paul Kelly, who always has something to say — whether it’s a message or just an engaging story. The music wraps around the words, and it all builds from there,” says Justin.

Autumn Sage
Autumn Sage is a Perth-based singer-songwriter whose alternative indie folk music, coupled with a poet's heart, has invoked comparisons to Lior, Missy Higgins and Alanis Morrisette. Her poignant instrumentals and soaring melodies, paired with sincere and relatable lyrics, take the listener on an evocative emotional rollercoaster ride. Autumn was the opening act for Helen Shanahan's "The Aeroplane" single launch, she has played at the North Fremantle Songwriter's Club at Mojos in Fremantle, and she released her debut single, "Why?" in November 2024.
