80’s fans get ready for the Do You Know It’s Christmas Party, celebrating the
40th Anniversary of Band Aid!

In order to mark this auspicious occasion Xmas will come early this year on
Saturday December 7th at the Port Beach Brewery, North Fremantle.
EXACTLY 40 years ago on Dec 7th 1984, Band Aid’s Christmas single was
released, after a group of over paid, oversexed and overblown pop stars got
together to create music and feed the world. Despite big egos, bad hair and
bad fashion these social justice crusaders created magic and music history.
The resulting single “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” smashed sales records
across the world, and sent the careers of the key participants into the
stratosphere.
 
The Do You Know Its Christmas Party will relive this special moment in history
through a star-studded night of music, comedy and nostalgia. Oats Supply will
deliver the classic tunes of the day, including a magical all-star rendition of Do
They Know It’s Christmas?

All are welcome to dress up in their finest 80’s garb. Get ready to dance the
night away!
