Creative Cohort - Creatives Business Support Sessions

An artist-led support hub for artists, makers and creatives.
Time:
5.30 pm to 7.00 pm, with the option to stay until 7.30 pm.
Venue:
Seed Room, Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre.
Parking:
Please allow an extra 10 minutes to find parking and walk to the venue.

FREE ACCESS
Creatives Support Group is a free, informal networking and support series for emerging and mid-career artists, makers and creatives working independently in Fremantle and surrounds.

ARTIST LED
Led by Fremantle-based printmaker and mixed media artist Carley O’Neil in partnership with the City of Fremantle’s Creative Cohort, the sessions offer a welcoming space to connect with other creative business owners, share practical insights and build peer support.
Independent emerging and mid-career artists, makers, creatives, creative business owners and entrepreneurs who would like to meet peers, exchange ideas and feel more supported in their practice.

What you’ll do
Each session is a relaxed opportunity to share wins, lessons learned, opportunities, resources, contacts and room for improvement, while discussing what is working, what is not, and the practical steps artists take to overcome common challenges in running a creative business.

What to expect
The sessions are informal and participant-led.
Come ready to connect with others, introduce yourself and your creative practice, and take part in open conversation.
Snacks will be provided.
