“All I want to do is play live rock ’n’ roll. It’s my lifeblood, which is why we kept doing some gigs here and there, but my urge to write songs just wasn’t there,” says vocalist Declan Melia. “Then one day, out of the blue, I picked up the guitar and The Gospel of Luke was there.”

For over a decade, British India ranked among the top 10 most-played acts on the Triple J network. From Black & White Radio, Tie Up My Hands, Run the Red Light, I Said I’m Sorry, Vanilla, and Summer Forgive Me to the platinum classic I Can Make You Love Me and gold singles Wrong Direction and Suddenly—this Spring’s tour showcases the band’s legacy alongside their latest track, The Gospel of Luke.
