PATHOGEN "Bloodline" 20th Anniversary Show

Perth metal veterans PATHOGEN return on SATURDAY 12 APRIL 2025 to celebrate the 20TH ANNIVERSARY of their 2005 album “BLOODLINE”, performing the WA metal classic in its entirety at the ROSEMOUNT HOTEL in NORTH PERTH, with special guests. 

Formed in 1995, Pathogen would go on to release their debut demo, Tyranny of Hatred (1996), which sold out within the first few months of its release and helped Pathogen establish an underground following. It was their 2nd demo, Nightfall (1998), that made Pathogen one of the biggest local metal acts on the scene, before their critically acclaimed debut album “Bloodline” (2005) launched the band onto the national stage. 

Pathogen have long been revered as a band that provides an explosive live performance, which saw them support the likes of Children of Bodom, The Black Dahlia Murder, Opeth, Fear Factory, Arch Enemy, Dark Tranquillity, Mayhem, Entombed, Shadows Fall, Dismember, Impaled Nazarene and As I Lay Dying until their split in 2011

Since then, Pathogen have intermittently returned to stage for special one off shows, and festival sets at Slayfest Perth and Electric Eye Heavy Fest, continuing to show their music remains a formidable force when the opportunity presents to unleash on WA's metal lovin’ masses.
