Celebrate the Birak Sun with this steaming line up of Alt Blues Rock & Roots vibes that is sure to get ya sweating. Darl is wishing ya’ll a Merry Christmas, bringing Dan Howls Band, Lightnin Jack Duo, Noah Young and Darryl&TheDevil on the road for two massive shows at The River Hotel in Marg’s and Clancy’s Fish Pub in Freo.
Dan Howls – off the back of their recent single release and a jam packed festival season, Freo’s Blues-Solid Biker Band are bringing big voices and even bigger riffs to the stage for 2 nights of low down gut-bucket blues.
Lightnin Jack - Get round your Favorite countryman as he brings his sweet sweet mix of country blues rock to the stage. A man as authentic as his music, his live sound mixes gravely valve amp tones and heavy electric drive, reflecting his upbringing and life spent deep in the South West of WA. Belting out tunes from his extensive back catalogue, Jack will be joined by his drummer for these Birak specials.
Noah Young – This WA Based touring troubadour brings his one man dirty blues set, rollicking foot percussion, grimy guitar and THAT voice. Not a set to miss.
Darryl&TheDevil – Hitch a ride to the hill country with Darryl’s off beat, one man, electrified Blues machine. RL Burnside and JJ Cale’s Australian love child will get your feet tapping from word go.
