Entree (pick one):
- Cumin roast pumpkin and chilli soup with dinner roll and butter.
- Prosciutto wrapped prawn, roast capsicum coulis.
Main (pick one):
- Traditional roast turkey, honey roast ham, honey roast carrots, Brussel sprouts, roast potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy, Yorkshire pudding.
- Grilled barramundi, parsnip and celeriac puree, roast baby potato, red onion, charred corn and spinach.
- Wild mushroom risotto, wilted spinach and grated parmesan.
Dessert (pick one):
- Steamed pudding with brandy custard, whipped cream.
