Frontier Touring, Secret Sounds and FRNDS MGMT are thrilled to announce the return of 9x ARIA nominees and critically acclaimed Sydney trio DMA’S, playing their biggest Australian venues to date and their first national headline tour in three years. Off the back of countless successes, the three-piece rock outfit will bring their euphoric, timeless anthems – with a full band set-up – to audiences in Adelaide, Fremantle, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney in September/October 2021.

DMA’S kick off their biggest Aussie shows to date at Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Friday 24 September, before heading across to Fremantle Arts Centre on Sunday 26 September for a show on WA’s Queen’s Birthday long weekend. From there, they’ll perform at Brisbane venue The Fortitude Music Hall on Saturday 2 October, followed by Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena on Friday 8 October, before closing out the tour at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Saturday 9 October.

Both Frontier and Secret Sounds Members can access the Pre-sale, which starts Monday 7 December (12noon local time) through 'til Tuesday 8 December (11am local time). Tickets will then go on sale to the general public on Tuesday 8 December (12noon local time). See details below.

DMA’S started 2020 on a high, playing the iconic O2 Academy in Brixton to a sold-out crowd, right before the world went into lockdown. They continued from stage to screen, performing a breathtaking rendition of the Crowded House classic ‘Better Be Home Soon’ on Channel 9’s Music From The Home Front Anzac Day special, followed by an epic run of 24 sold-out ‘Unplugged & Intimate’ headline shows in Brisbane and Sydney, before taking the stage ahead of the opening bounce at the 2020 Toyota AFL Grand Final in Brisbane last month.

The band’s accolades this year alone include nominations for triple j Australian Album of the Year and 5 x ARIA Award nominations including Album Of The Year, Best Rock Album, Best Group, Best Independent Release and Best Australian Live Act.

THE GLOW, the band’s latest album, amassed a staggering 26M+ combined streams since its release in July, scoring countless award nominations and earning praise from critics and tastemakers around the world, with Q Magazine declaring the group’s third album “triumphant”.

‘DMA’S take their songs and production values to new spheres on their third studio album. Varied and splendidly diverse, THE GLOW sees the Australian group approach their latest project with arresting confidence, ambition and creativity.’ Clash Music

‘It’s not just the music that’s on another level: lyrically, THE GLOW sees DMA’S at their most vulnerable, most excitable and most inspiring.’ – NME Australia

The group’s performance at Laneway Festival and their recent smaller ‘Unplugged & Intimate’ shows scored the Sydney trio an ARIA nomination for Best Australian Live Act, with dates capturing the attention of NME Australia, who said “[the] trio ditch the dancefloor and dazzle with stripped-back set”.

If there is anything 2020 has shown us of DMA’S, it’s that they put on one hell of a show. Tickets will not last long, so get in quick!
