Thursday May 2, Fraser Gallop Estate winery visit Le Vivant, Mediterraenean-thru-a-French-lens restaurant nestled in Highgate on Beaufort St. The venue opens at 6:30pm with dinner beginning at 7pm.

Dario Sirotti DIRECT from Fraser Gallop Estate winery will exclusively guide dinner guests through a considered selection of Fraser Gallop Estate top wines. 

Dario Sirotti moved to Australia in 2009 and has been at Fraser Gallop Estate since 2019. With a background in international relations, he decided that spreading the love for great wines is way more fun. Trained sommelier, and then cellar hand, Dario has worked in wineries in Burgundy, Italy, and Australia. Passionate about beautiful places, fine wines and everything Margaret River, where he moved 10 years ago and never left. Dario is the sales manager at Fraser Gallop Estate.
